One of our traditional dairy foods which are used mostly in breakfast is the cheese. This food is an inseparable part of all the Iranians daily diet. Since cheeses originally were prepared by villagers in cottages, we designed and built
small places similar to that traditional form and design. Moreover, we prepared breakfast with the Kibi tasty cheese to be the host of our citizens. This project was accomplished in north of Iran in two locations for two consecutive
years in Norouz.
